Consultation is by appointment only. Appointments can be made by phoning the surgeons rooms directly on the numbers listed below.

Appointments cannot be made via email, or via this website.

Most surgeons consult from Level 1 rooms. If your appointment is with Dr Carmody, Dr Sherlock or Dr Sew Hoy, your appointment will be in the 9A clinic. These locations are either side of the carpark - less than 100m apart. Please click here for a map.

What to bring to your appointment:

- Your referral letter,
- ALL xrays, scans and tests relevant to your visit,
- Your medicare card and health fund details,
- Your insurance or workers compensation information if relevant,
- List of medications if appropriate.

 

Referrals

Please consult your General Practitioner before arranging an appointment with any Specialist. Patients wishing to claim from an insurance company (Medicare, Private Health Funds, Workers Compensation Insurer) Must be refered to by a G.P. Please bring your referral letter to your consultation.

 

Medical Advice

Specific medical problems needs to be discussed with a surgeon in person so that medical advice is tailored for the specific needs of the individual. For this reason, medical advice can not be given via email. If you require a medical certificate please inform staff on your arrival.
