Fellows work with three Orthopaedic Surgeons, assisting in private hospitals (The Mater, North Shore Private and Delmar) and operating supervised in public hospitals (Mona Vale and Manly) as well as seeing patients with the consultants in rooms (Peninsula Orthopaedics at Dee Why).

Fellows also undertake to do research which usually consists of both outcome studies in joint replacement and sports medicine surgery done by us, and also primary laboratory based research centred around the same fields, in association with Professor William Walsh at the Orthopaedic Research Laboratory at the Prince of Wales Hospital of Sydney.
