Foot and Ankle, Trauma

Dr Edmund O
I am very excited to join the Peninsula Orthopaedic (PO) Team. I began my Orthopaedic career working on the Northern Beaches in 2008 following a move from the United Kingdom (UK). After completing my Australian Orthopaedic training in 2016, I spent six months in Bristol, UK, where I undertook a Fellowship in Foot and Ankle Surgery. I was fortunate to be able to return to the Northern Beaches to further my sub-specialty training in foot and ankle surgery.

I have a sub-specialty interest in adolescent and adult foot and ankle conditions. I particularly enjoy managing a variety of both traumatic (including sporting injuries) and non-traumatic conditions in patients ranging from the young, through to the older patient. Currently I participate in the Hornsby Ku-ring-gai and Sydney Adventist Hospital’s on-call trauma roster where I manage primarily lower limb general orthopaedic trauma. I am looking forward to participating in the on-call trauma roster for the Northern Beaches Hospital.
